Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the understanding of economic concepts between students who use an interactive video-based microlearning model and those who use conventional learning methods among 10th-grade students at SMAN 1 Parengan. The study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method and a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of an experimental class and a control class selected using cluster sampling. Data collection was conducted through pretests, posttests, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics software with an independent samples t-test. The results showed a significance level (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. Thus, the interactive video-based microlearning model is effective in improving the understanding of economic concepts among 10th-grade students at SMAN 1 Parengan.
