Pengembangan Pop Up Book Augmented Reality Pada Materi Pancasila Mts Yaspira Ngambon

Abstract

Inspired by students’ low motivation and their struggle to grasp the invisible essence of Pancasila values, MTs Yaspira Ngambon introduced an innovative learning breakthrough through an Augmented Reality Pop Up Book. This medium transformed traditional lessons into a more vivid and interactive experience for seventh-grade students. The project utilized the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were gathered from observations, interviews, documentation, expert judgments, and learner questionnaires. The findings reveal that the combination of AR technology and 3D elements brings Pancasila values to life in a more concrete and engaging form. As a result, students became more active, motivated, and capable of understanding the material effectively. Therefore, the media is highly appropriate for Pancasila instruction at the MTs level.
