Pengaruh Hard Skill, Soft Skill, dan Dukungan Sosial terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of hard skills, soft skills, and social support on the work readiness of senior students at IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. The study population comprised all 301 senior students (4th-year students). Using the Slovin formula with a 5% error tolerance, a representative sample of 172 respondents was selected through proportional random sampling across 6 education departments. The data analysis technique employed was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results indicate that hard skills, soft skills, and social support have a positive and significant influence on students’ work readiness, both individually and collectively. These three variables contribute a very strong 82.6% to work readiness, while the remaining 17.1% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Among the three variables studied, soft skills proved to be the most dominant factor in enhancing work readiness, followed by social support and hard skills.
