Proses rekrutmen di PT Sawit Asian Agri saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional dan manual, sehingga menimbulkan risiko penumpukan berkas, keterlambatan informasi, serta kurangnya integrasi antar-pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi lowongan kerja (e-recruitment) berbasis website yang terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi proses seleksi. Pengembangan Sistem menerapkan pendekatan Waterfall yang mencakup langkah-langkah analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan implementasi serta pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, Visual Studio Code sebagai kode editor, serta XAMPP sebagai server lokal, dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan Context Diagram, Conceptual Model Data Konseptual (CDM), serta Model Data Fisik (PDM). Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi e-rekrutmen yang didasarkan pada website ini berhasil dibangun dan berfungsi dengan baik. Sistem ini mampu memfasilitasi pendaftaran daring, pengunggahan dokumen digital, serta pemantauan status lamaran secara real-time. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti memangkas kendala administrasi manual, mempercepat proses seleksi awal, dan mengintegrasikan alur komunikasi antara pelamar, admin, pewawancara, dan manajer di PT Sawit Asian Agri secara efektif.

Abstract
The recruitment process at PT Sawit Asian Agri is currently still conducted conventionally and manually, resulting in the risk of document accumulation, information delays, and lack of integration between parties. This research focuses on creating an online platform for job vacancies (e-recruitment) that is designed to enhance the efficiency, openness, and precision of the selection procedure. The development of this system follows the Waterfall approach, which includes phases such as requirement analysis, system design, coding, system testing, and finally implementation and maintenance. This platform is constructed utilizing the PHP
programming language, the MySQL database, Visual Studio Code as the code editor, and XAMPP as the local server, with the design being based on a Context Diagram and a Conceptual Data Model (CDM), and the Physical Data Model (PDM). The research results show that this website-based e-recruitment information system has been successfully built and functions well. This system is capable of facilitating online registration, uploading digital documents, and monitoring application status in real-time. The implementation of this system has been proven to reduce manual administrative obstacles, accelerate the initial selection process, and effectively integrate communication flows between applicants, admins, interviewers, and managers at PT Sawit Asian Agri.
