Pengaruh Self-Efficacy dan Soft Skills Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa SMKN 5 Bojonegoro
Abstrak
This research aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy and soft skills on the work readiness of XII grade students at SMKN 5 Bojonegoro. This study employs a quantitative approach with correlational research design. The population encompasses all XII grade students at SMKN 5 Bojonegoro, while samples were selected using proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through closed questionnaires based on Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 24. The results reveal that self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on students' work readiness, as indicated by the significance value of 0.035 which is less than 0.05. Additionally, soft skills also demonstrate a positive and significant influence on work readiness with a significance value of 0.027 which is less than 0.05. Simultaneously, self-efficacy and soft skills significantly affect students' work readiness, shown by the significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, with an F-count value of 10.457. These findings indicate that students' work readiness is not only influenced by technical skills but also by psychological factors and non-technical skills possessed by students.
