Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Keamanan, dan Kemudahan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan QRIS pada UMKM Bojonegoro

Abstrak

Continuous breakthroughs in digital technology have significantly optimized the utilization of transaction methods like electronic wallets and QR codes. Even though Bank Indonesia has established QRIS as a unified national benchmark to streamline digital payments, its implementation rate within Bojonegoro Regency remains limited. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this empirical investigation explores how security protocols, trust, and user-friendliness shape the willingness of MSME entrepreneurs to integrate this system. Employing a quantitative approach, survey data were compiled from 120 active QRIS merchants selected through purposive sampling. The gathered datasets were subsequently computed using the IBM SPSS software package. Based on the regression analysis, the recorded significance metrics reached 0.045, 0.000, and 0.024, confirming that the ultimate decision to embrace QRIS is powerfully dictated by trust, security, and perceived ease of use.
