Penggunaan Sound System Berkapasitas Besar Dalam Acara Hajatan Terhadap Ketertiban Sosial Masyarakat Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Pancasila
Abstract
The use of high-capacity sound systems in community celebrations has become a common phenomenon in various regions of Indonesia. Besides serving as entertainment media, sound systems are often considered an essential element in creating a lively atmosphere during social events. However, excessive sound volume may cause disturbances to surrounding communities and potentially affect social order. This study aims to analyze the impact of high-capacity sound system usage in celebration events on social order and to examine the phenomenon from the perspective of Pancasila values. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving sound system owners, event organizers, and village officials in Randublatung District. The findings indicate that sound systems provide entertainment and strengthen social interaction among community members. Nevertheless, inappropriate usage may generate noise disturbances, reduce public comfort, and trigger social conflicts. Therefore, the implementation of Pancasila values is essential in balancing individual interests and collective welfare to maintain social harmony within the community.
