Abstract

The enhancement of entrepreneurship among vocational high school (SMK) students is essential in producing graduates who are not only prepared to enter the workforce but are also capable of creating independent business opportunities. One of the efforts implemented through practice-based learning is the Production and Service Unit Program (UPJ), which provides students with direct experience in business activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Production and Service Unit Program (UPJ) on the entrepreneurship of twelfth-grade students in the Ruminant Livestock Agribusiness Expertise Program at SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. A total of 60 students were selected as both the population and sample using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, simple linear regression, t-tests, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicated that the Production and Service Unit Program had a positive and significant effect on students’ entrepreneurship. The more actively students participated in UPJ activities, the higher their levels of independence, creativity, risk-taking ability, and capability to identify and utilize business opportunities.
