Tujuan dalam penelitian ini menganalisis dampak penggunaan model pembelajaran pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan media Powtoon dalam pembelajaran matematika pada siswa kelas VII-E di SMP Negeri 5 Cepu Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.. Instrumen tersebut meliputi tes tertulis, lembar observasi kegiatan peserta didik, lembar pengamatan kemampuan guru saat mengelola pembelajaran Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: 1 aktivitas peserta didik telah memenuhi kriteria karena tujuh dari delapan indikator tanggapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Dengan demikian, penerapan model discovery learning berbantuan media Powtoon dinilai lebih dinyatakan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika kelasVIIE dan VII-F SMP Negeri 5 Cepu.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of using the Discovery Learning model assisted by Powtoon media in mathematics learning for students of class VII-E at SMP Negeri 5 Cepu. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method. The instruments used in this study included written tests, student activity observation sheets, and teacher performance observation sheets in managing the learning process.The results of the study indicated that: 1 student activities met the established criteria because seven out of eight indicators showed positive outcomes; and 2 students' responses toward the learning process were positive. Therefore, the implementation of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Powtoon media was considered effective and suitable for use in mathematics learning for students of classes VII-E and VII-F at SMP Negeri 5 Cepu.
