Pengembangan Sistem Absensi Digital Berbasis Web Menggunakan QR Code, Swafoto, dan Validasi Geolokasi

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong transformasi sistem administrasi sekolah, termasuk pada proses absensi siswa. Namun, sistem absensi manual masih memiliki berbagai kelemahan seperti keterlambatan rekapitulasi data, kesalahan pencatatan, dan potensi terjadinya titip absen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem absensi digital berbasis web dengan validasi ganda melalui QR Code, swafoto, dan geolokasi untuk meningkatkan keakuratan dan keamanan data kehadiran siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bojonegoro. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web sehingga dapat diakses melalui berbagai perangkat tanpa instalasi aplikasi tambahan. Pengujian kualitas sistem dilakukan menggunakan standar ISO/IEC 9126 yang mencakup aspek functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, dan maintainability, sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna diukur menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem absensi digital yang dikembangkan mampu membantu proses pencatatan kehadiran secara real-time, meningkatkan efisiensi rekapitulasi data, serta meminimalkan potensi manipulasi kehadiran melalui penerapan validasi berlapis. Selain itu, sistem memperoleh tanggapan positif dari pengguna karena mudah digunakan, memiliki tampilan yang sederhana, serta membantu guru dan siswa dalam proses presensi. Dengan demikian, sistem absensi digital berbasis web dengan validasi QR Code, swafoto, dan geolokasi dinilai layak digunakan sebagai solusi modern dalam pengelolaan kehadiran siswa di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract
The rapid development of information technology has encouraged the transformation of school administrative systems, including student attendance management. However, conventional attendance systems still face several problems such as delayed data recapitulation, recording errors, and the possibility of attendance fraud. This study aimed to develop a web-based digital attendance system with multi-validation using QR Code, selfie verification, and geolocation to improve the accuracy and security of student attendance data at SMK Negeri 1 Bojonegoro. This research applied the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The system was developed as a web-based application that could be accessed through various devices without additional installation. System quality testing was conducted using the ISO/IEC 9126 standard covering functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, and maintainability aspects, while user satisfaction was measured using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results showed that the developed system was able to support real-time attendance recording, improve the efficiency of attendance recapitulation, and minimize attendance manipulation through layered validation mechanisms. In addition, the system received positive responses from users because it was easy to use, had a simple interface, and supported teachers and students in the attendance process. Therefore, the web-based digital attendance system with QR Code, selfie, and geolocation validation was considered feasible as a modern solution for managing student attendance in schools.
