Abstract
This study aims to address the problems of tracer studies at IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro, which still faces
low alumni participation, irregular data collection, and limited access to information, resulting in
suboptimal documentation of graduate career data. The proposed solution is the Development of a
web-based Career Development Centre (CDC) Information System that integrates tracer study
services, alumni databases, job vacancy publications, and industry partner information into a single
centralised platform. The research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the
ADDIE model (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The Analyze stage identified service
needs and problems; the Design stage produced the system architecture, database, and interface
Designs; the Develop stage realised the tracer study, alumni profile, job vacancy, and partner
directory modules; the Implement stage applied the system to users; while the Evaluate stage
assessed the system's effectiveness and usability. The evaluation involved 100 users consisting of 60
students and 40 alumni. The results show that the system increases alumni engagement in tracer
studies, with a completion rate of 90% among alumni who participated in the trial. Feature
utilisation also shows that the job vacancy portal is most frequently accessed by students (83%),
while alumni actively update their profiles and complete tracer studies (90%). Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained an average score of 78.5, indicating that the system is in
the good category and is acceptable to users. Overall, the web-based CDC system effectively
improves the efficiency of alumni data management and facilitates access to career services for
students and alumni
