Integrasi Informasi Teknologi untuk Menyediakan Pembelajaran STEM yang Adaptif dan Personal

Informasi teknologi telah mengubah pendidikan secara signifikan, terutama dalam membantu pembelajaran STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) yang lebih personal dan fleksibel. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran teknologi informasi dalam menciptakan pembelajaran STEM yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, kemampuan, dan karakteristik siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif dan melakukan review literatur terhadap berbagai jurnal nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 dan 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode dokumentasi dan dianalisis melalui proses reduksi, kategorisasi, sintesis, dan kesimpulan kesimpulan. Kajian menunjukkan bahwa informasi teknologi seperti Artificial Intelligence (AI), gamifikasi, e-learning adaptif, dan sistem pembelajaran berbasis web dapat membuat materi lebih interaktif, fleksibel, dan personal. Mereka dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pembelajaran STEM. Selain itu, terbukti bahwa penerapan teknologi meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk belajar, keterlibatan siswa, kemampuan pemecahan masalah,
kreativitas, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Selain itu,sistem pembelajaran adaptif memungkinkan siswa belajar sesuai dengan gaya belajar dan kemampuan masing-masing. Ini membuat belajar lebih inklusif dan efektif. Namun demikian, berbagai masalah masih menghadang penggunaan informasi teknologi , termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur, literasi digital, kesiapan guru, dan masalah etika dan privasi data. Akibatnya, agar pembelajaran STEM yang personal dan adaptif dapat diterapkan secara optimal, diperlukan dukungan fasilitas teknologi, pelatihan guru, dan pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan berbasis digital.

Abstract
Information technology has significantly transformed education, particularly in facilitating more personalized and flexible STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning. Using a literature review method, this study explores the role of information technology in creating STEM learning that can be tailored to students' needs, abilities, and characteristics. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method and conducted a literature review of various national and international journals published between 2020 and 2025. Data were collected through documentation methods and analyzed through reduction,
categorization, synthesis, and conclusion processes. The study shows that information technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), gamification, adaptive e-learning, and web-based learning systems can make materials more interactive, flexible, and personalized. They can improve the efficiency of STEM learning. Furthermore, it has been proven that the application of technology increases student motivation to learn, student engagement, problem-solving skills, creativity, and critical thinking skills. Furthermore, adaptive
learning systems allow students to learn according to their individual learning styles and abilities. This makes learning more inclusive and effective. However, various challenges still hinder the use of information technology, including limited infrastructure, digital literacy, teacher preparedness, and ethical and data privacy issues. Consequently, optimal implementation of personalized and adaptive STEM learning requires technological support, teacher training, and the development of digital-based education policies.
