Wisata Sijile Merak yang terletak di Kabupaten Situbondo menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan layanan akibat sistem pemesanan tiket, pencatatan data pengunjung, pemesanan tiket wahana, serta rekapitulasi laporan pendapatan yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Hal ini memicu masalah berupa ketidaksesuaian pencatatan metode pembayaran antara tunai dan QRIS, serta keterbatasan petugas loket dalam menghitung total pendapatan harian secara manual. sebagai solusi pengelolaan yang cepat dan tertata. Jenis penelitian digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi
langsung, wawancara bersama pihak pengelola, dan studi literatur. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini dirancang menggunakan metode Waterfall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pemesanan tiket berbasis website ini berhasil dibangun dan berfungsi sebagai media pelayanan yang efektif untuk mendukung aktivitas di Wisata Sijile Merak. Sistem ini mampu mengatasi permasalahan pencatatan metode pembayaran (tunai dan QRIS) secara akurat, mengeliminasi penghitungan pendapatan harian manual oleh petugas loket, serta mempermudah pencarian riwayat data pesanan melalui dashboard admin. Layanan proses
pencatatan reservasi menjadi lebih tertata, cepat, dan efisien, sehingga fleksibel diterapkan dalam manajemen objek wisata Sijile Merak serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pariwisata yang modern.

Abstract
Wisata Sijile Merak, located in Situbondo Regency, faced management challenges due to its conventional ticketing system, visitor data recording, ride ticket booking, and revenue report recapitulation. This manual approach led to issues such as discrepancies in recording payment methods (cash and QRIS) and limitations of counters officers in manually calculating daily income. This study aimed to design and develop a website-based tourist ticket booking information system for Wisata Sijile Merak as a well-organized and fast management solution. This study employed field research as the research type, with data collection techniques consisting of direct observation, interviews with related stakeholders, and literature studies. The information system development was designed using the Waterfall method. The results demonstrated that the website-based ticket booking information system was successfully developed and functioned as an effective service platform to support activities at Wisata Sijile Merak. The system successfully resolved payment recording discrepancies (cash and QRIS) accurately, eliminated manual daily revenue calculations by counter staff, and streamlined
order history retrieval through the admin dashboard. Consequently, the reservation recording process became more structured, fast, and efficient, offering flexibility for tourism management at Wisata Sijile Merak and supporting the enhancement of modern tourism service quality.
