Penerapan Metode SAW untuk Menentukan Hafalan Terbaik Santri (Nasyat) di TPQ Darul Mujawwidin Ampenan Berbasis Web

Penentuan santri dengan hafalan terbaik merupakan bagian penting dalam program apresiasi kegiatan Nasyat
di TPQ Darul Mujawwidin Ampenan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas hafalan Al-Qur’an santri.
Namun, proses penilaian masih dikerjakan dengan manual melalui pencatatan dan perhitungan konvensional
berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan perhitungan, subjektivitas, serta diperlukan waktu lama untuk proses
rekapitulasi nilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web dengan
metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam proses penentuan santri dengan hafalan terbaik secara
objektif dan akurat. Metode SAW digunakan untuk penjumlahan terbobot terhadap alternatif berdasarkan
kriteria yang ditentukan. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan meliputi kelancaran hafalan, ketepatan tajwid,
makharijul huruf, jumlah hafalan, dan kehadiran. Penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem yang dikembangkan untuk
mengolah data setoran hafalan proses perangkingan otomatis secara lebih cepat, terstruktur, dan transparan,
sehingga dapat meminimalkan kesalahan perhitungan saat memutuskan kesimpulan.

Abstract
Determining students with the best memorization was an important part of the appreciation program in the
Nasyat activities at TPQ Darul Mujawwidin Ampenan to improve students’ motivation and quality of Qur’an
memorization. However, the assessment process was still carried out manually through conventional recording
and calculations, which had the potential to cause calculation errors, subjectivity, and a lengthy recapitulation Process. This Research aimed to develop a web based Decision Support Sytem (DSS) using the Simple additive Weigthing (SAW) method to assist in determining students with the best memorization objectively and accurately. The SAW method was applied by calculating weighted sums based on predetermined criteria, including memorization fluency, tajweed accuracy, makharijul letters, amout of memorization, and attendance. The result showed that the developed system was able to process memorization assesment data into an automatic rangking sytem more quicly, systematically, and transparently, thereby minimizing calculation errors in decision making.
