Abstract

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Web Digital Fitness sebagai media pemantauan status gizi siswa berbasis Body Mass Index (BMI) di SMK Negeri 5 Bojonegoro. Pengembangan media ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum tersedianya sistem yang terintegrasi untuk membantu pemantauan status gizi siswa secara efektif, sehingga diperlukan media berbasis web yang dapat mengolah dan menyajikan data kesehatan siswa secara digital, cepat, dan akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas ahli materi, ahli media, guru PJOK, dan siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 5 Bojonegoro. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui validasi ahli, angket usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS), serta pengukuran antropometri berupa tinggi badan dan berat badan untuk menghitung nilai BMI siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan usability produk yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Web Digital Fitness mampu mengintegrasikan data antropometri dan perhitungan BMI secara otomatis sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam memantau status gizi siswa. Produk yang dikembangkan diharapkan menjadi media yang layak, mudah digunakan, dan bermanfaat dalam mendukung pemantauan kesehatan siswa di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract
This study aims to develop a Digital Fitness Web as a medium for monitoring students' nutritional status based on the Body Mass Index (BMI) at SMK Negeri 3 Bojonegoro. The development of this web-based system was motivated by the lack of an integrated platform to effectively monitor students' nutritional status. Therefore, a web-based application is needed to process and present students' health data digitally, quickly, and accurately.This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research subjects included a material expert, a media expert, a Physical Education teacher, and twelfth-grade students of SMK Negeri 3 Bojonegoro. Data were collected through expert validation, usability questionnaires using the System Usability Scale (SUS), and anthropometric measurements, including height and weight, to calculate students' BMI values. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to determine the feasibility and usability of the developed product. The results indicate that the Digital Fitness Web is capable of integrating anthropometric data and automatically calculating BMI, making it easier for users to monitor students' nutritional status. The developed product is expected to be a feasible, user-friendly, and beneficial medium for supporting student health monitoring in the school environment.
