Di era disrupsi digital, perkembangan AI telah mengubah dunia kerja, khususnya di bidang pemrograman. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak AI terhadap employability lulusan pemrograman serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam menghadapi transformasi industri digital.Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode penelitian perpustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Informasi diperoleh dari berbagai jurnal, tulisan ilmiah, dan sumber lain yang terkait. Temuan dari penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kecerdasan buatan berdampak baik terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kerja, hasil kerja, dan tuntutan keahlian
baru dalam sektor teknologi informasi. Namun, agar tetap kompetitif di dunia kerja, lulusan pemrograman harus memiliki kemampuan kreatif, adaptif, menyelesaikan masalah, dan menguasai teknologi berbasis AI. Di samping keahlian teknis, penguasaan keterampilan interpersonal dan kemampuan dalam teknologi informasi juga merupakan elemen krusial untuk memperkuat daya saing lulusan di pasar kerja. Oleh karena itu, penguatan keterampilan teknis dan non-teknis menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja lulusan di zaman kemajuan teknologi digital yang terus mengalami perkembangan.

Abstract
In the era of digital disruption, the development of AI has transformed the world of work, particularly in the field of programming. This study analyzes the impact of AI on the employability of programming graduates as well as the challenges and opportunities they face in facing the digital industry transformation. This study utilizes library research methods with a descriptive qualitative approach. Information is obtained from various journals, scientific papers, and other related sources. The findings of the study indicate that artificial intelligence has a positive impact on increasing work effectiveness, work results, and the demand for new skills
in the information technology sector. However, to remain competitive in the world of work, programming graduates must have creative, adaptive, problem-solving skills, and mastery of AI-based technology. In addition to technical expertise, mastery of interpersonal skills and abilities in information technology are also crucial elements to strengthen graduates' competitiveness in the job market. Therefore, strengthening technical and non-technical skills is very important to improve graduates' employability in the era of continuous digital technological advancement.
