Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas Instrumen Penelitian Tingkat Pemahaman Teks Biografi

Abstract—This research aims to develop a valid and reliable instrument to measure students' understanding of biographical texts. Through analysis of various definitions of writing and biography, this research compiled a grid and test instruments which were then tested on high school students. The validation process involves assessment by experts and analysis of the correlation of test items with the total score. The results show that most of the items have high validity. This instrument can be used as an evaluation tool in Indonesian language learning. The results of this research contribute to the development of better and more reliable assessment instruments in the field of language education.
