Manfaat Telur untuk Meningkatkan Kecerdasan

Abstract—Intelligence in children is influenced by many things, one of which is nutritional needs. Complex nutrients can be found in a number of foods, one of which is eggs. Eggs are easily available and can provide many health benefits. One of the benefits of eggs is to encourage cell growth and function in the brain. This study was conducted to determine the benefits of eggs in increasing intelligence in children. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. The data in this research is in the form of words or phrases or sentences. The data collection technique uses the method of listening and noting. The results showed that eggs contain nutritional sources that play a role in improving intelligence or cognitive function including choline, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants (lutein and zeaxanthin). The conclusion of this research is that there are three nutrients that play a role in increasing intelligence or cognitive development by consuming eggs.
