Pengaruh Program MBG Terhadap Produktivitas Belajar dan Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga
Abstract
The Free Nutritious Meal Program is a public policy intervention designed to support students’ nutritional needs and reduce household food expenditure. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the Free Nutritious Meal Program on students’ learning productivity and household consumptions among grade X students of SMK Migas Cepu. This research used a quantitative explanatory approach. The sample consisted of 144 students and 144 parents/guardians selected through proportional sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression and MANOVA. The results showed that the Free Nutritious Meal Program had a positive and significant effect on students’ learning productivity, with a significance value of <0.001 and an R Square of 0.084. The program also had a positive and significant effect on household consumptions, with a significance value of <0.001 and an R Square of 0.213. The MANOVA test showed that the program simultaneously affected students’ learning productivity and household expenditure, as indicated by Pillai’s Trace value of 0.145 and significance value of <0.001. These findings indicate that the Free Nutritious Meal Program has a dual contribution to educational and household economic aspects.
