Profil Berpikir Kritis Matematis Siswa SMP pada Materi Bangun Datar melalui Pendekatan Mixed Method

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa SMP pada materi bangun datar melalui pendekatan mixed method. Kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dikaji meliputi aspek interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi, inferensi, dan penjelasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain mixed method dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif satu variabel dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 32 siswa kelas VII G SMP Negeri 1 Bojonegoro yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes berpikir kritis matematis yang telah divalidasi dan wawancara semi-struktural. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS, sedangkan analisis kualitatif melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan kalau rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa sebesar 54,97, berada di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) 70. Hasil uji one-sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti kemampuan siswa secara signifikan lebih rendah dari KKM. Sebanyak 8 siswa memenuhi KKM dan 24 siswa belum
memenuhi. Secara kualitatif, siswa yang memenuhi KKM mampu memenuhi seluruh indikator berpikir kritis, sedangkan siswa yang belum memenuhi KKM mengalami kesulitan terutama pada aspek evaluasi, inferensi, dan penjelasan. Simpulan penelitian ini memperlihatkan kalau kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa masih tergolong rendah sehingga diperlukan pembelajaran yang mendukung pengembangan berpikir kritis.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the profile of junior high school students' mathematical critical thinking abilities on plane geometry through a mixed method approach. The critical thinking abilities studied include aspects of interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, and explanation. This study used a mixed method design with a one-variable descriptive quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. The subjects were 32 students of class VII G of SMP Negeri 1 Bojonegoro who were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through a validated mathematical critical thinking test and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data
analysis was carried out descriptively with the help of SPSS, while qualitative analysis was carried out through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions with triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the average mathematical critical thinking ability of students was 54.97, below the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 70. The results of the one-sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that students' abilities were significantly lower than the KKM. A total of 8 students met the KKM and 24 students did not meet it. Qualitatively, students who met the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM) were able to meet all critical thinking indicators, while students who did not meet the KKM experienced difficulties, particularly in the evaluation, inference, and explanation aspects. The conclusion of this study shows that students' mathematical critical thinking skills are still relatively low, so learning that supports the development of critical thinking is needed..
