STRATEGI EFEKTIF BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING UNTUK MENGATASI MASALAH EMOSIONAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi efektif bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi masalah emosional pada siswa. Permasalahan emosional yang dialami siswa, seperti kecemasan, stres, dan rendahnya rasa percaya diri, dapat berdampak negatif terhadap prestasi akademik dan perkembangan sosial mereka. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendekatan bimbingan dan konseling yang tepat dan terarah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa yang bermasalah dalam segi emosional. Sampel penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 10 siswa secara simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang melibatkan pendekatan individual, konseling kelompok, serta penggunaan teknik relaksasi dan pelatihan keterampilan sosial secara signifikan mampu mengurangi gejala emosional negatif pada siswa, yakni 49% siswa merasa sangat efektif, 20% merasa efektif, Adapun 14% merasa cukup efektif,. Meskipun demikian terdapat 11% kurang efektif, 6% sangat tidak efektif, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa aspek dalam strategi Bimbingan dan Konseling di sekolahan yang harus ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa yang memiliki masalah emosional.

Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze effective guidance and counseling strategies in overcoming emotional problems in students. Emotional problems experienced by students, such as anxiety, stress, and low self-confidence, can have a negative impact on their academic achievement and social development. Therefore, an appropriate and targeted guidance and counseling approach is needed. The population of this study were all students who had emotional problems. The sample of this study was taken as many as 10 students by simple random sampling. This study used a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the main instrument for collecting data. The results showed that strategies involving individual approaches, group counseling, and the use of relaxation techniques and social skills training were significantly able to reduce negative emotional symptoms in students, namely 49% of students felt very effective, 20% felt effective, while 14% felt quite effective. However, there were 11% less effective, 6% very ineffective, this shows that there are several aspects of the Guidance and Counseling strategy in schools that must be improved to meet the needs of students who have emotional problems.
