Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digitalisasi proses bisnis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan responsivitas organisasi di era transformasi digital. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap beberapa informan dari organisasi yang telah mengadopsi sistem digital. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan temuan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi mendorong efisiensi kerja, pengambilan keputusan lebih cepat, dan integrasi sistem yang lebih baik, meskipun masih dihadapkan pada tantangan internal seperti kesiapan sumber daya manusia dan adaptasi teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of business process digitalization in enhancing organizational effectiveness and responsiveness in the digital transformation era. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through observation and semi-structured interviews with informants from organizations that have adopted digital systems. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns and key findings. The results indicate that digitalization promotes work efficiency, faster decision-making, and better system integration, although internal challenges such as human resource readiness and technology adaptation remain significant.
