PERAN TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS ORGANISASI DI ERA INDUSTRI 4.0

Transformasi digital menjadi elemen penting dalam strategi organisasi modern, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan industri 4.0. Melalui adopsi teknologi digital, organisasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat, serta adaptasi terhadap perubahan pasar. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran strategis transformasi digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi, dengan metode studi pustaka yang bersumber dari jurnal-jurnal internasional terindeks. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang berhasil menerapkan transformasi digital cenderung memiliki daya saing yang lebih kuat dan struktur kerja yang lebih responsif.

Abstract
Digital transformation is an important element in modern organizational strategies, especially in facing the challenges of industry 4.0. Through the adoption of digital technology, organizations can improve operational efficiency, make more appropriate decisions, and adapt to market changes. This article aims to explore the strategic role of digital transformation in improving organizational effectiveness, using a literature study method sourced from indexed international journals.
