Transformasi digital telah mengubah cara bisnis beroperasi dan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan. Data memainkan peran fundamental dalam proses ini, menjadi sumber daya utama yang mendorong inovasi, efisiensi, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya data dalam transformasi digital, mencakup peran data dalam menciptakan nilai bisnis, metodologi pengelolaan data yang efektif, serta tantangan yang dihadapi organisasi dalam menerapkan strategi data. Dengan menggunakan analisis literatur dan studi kasus, artikel ini menyoroti bahwa pengelolaan data yang tepat merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif di era digital.

Digital transformation has revolutionized the way businesses operate and engage with their customers. Data serves as a fundamental component in this process, acting as the primary resource that drives innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This article aims to explore the critical role of data in digital transformation, including its importance in creating business value, effective data management methodologies, and the challenges organizations face when implementing data strategies. Through a comprehensive literature review and case study analysis, this article highlights that effective data management is the key to achieving competitive advantage in the digital era.
