Kompetensi Kepemimpinan Digital untuk Abad ke-21: Literature Review
Abstract
Transformasi digital yang pesat di abad ke-21 telah mengubah paradigma kepemimpinan tradisional, sehingga memunculkan kebutuhan akan kompetensi baru yang relevan dengan era digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji kompetensi utama yang harus dimiliki oleh pemimpin digital guna menghadapi tantangan di era disrupsi teknologi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review dengan melakukan tinjauan menyeluruh terhadap literatur yang ada, sehingga dapat memperkuat pemahaman tentang keterampilan kepemimpinan digital yang relevan dengan kebutuhan organisasi pada abad ke-21. Berdasarkan literature review ditemukan bahwa terdapat lima kategori kompetensi penting dalam kepemimpinan digital, yaitu Business Plan Development, Architecture Design, Innovating, Business Change Managemen, dan Governance. Kompetensi ini dapat didukung dengan kemampuan pemimpin dalam memanajemen organisasi dengan pemanfaatan digital seperti big data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), dan Internet of Things (IoT). Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital yang efektif memerlukan kombinasi kompetensi dan kemampuan dalam memimpin dan memanajemen untuk memberdayakan organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks dan dinamis sehingga mampu mencapai keunggulan kompetitif dan keberlanjutan di era digital.
