Mengembangkan Praktik Literasi PAUD ditinjau dari Pengalaman Mengajar Guru

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan praktik literasi di PAUD ditinjau dari pengalaman mengajar guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Hasil data melalui tahapan reduksi dari berbagai sumber baik dari jurnal, buku maupun peraturan organisasi internasional sehingga diperoleh penarikan kesimpulan. Maka dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memberikan fakta-fakta secara komprehensif tentang praktik literasi di PAUD dan pentingnya pengalaman mengajar guru dalam mengimplementasikan model dan strategi pembelajaran yang kreatif. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, praktik literasi dimaknai dengan kesadaran fonologis, pengetahuan tentang alfabet, bahasa lisan, konsep cetak, dan sebagainya. Lamanya pengalaman mengajar guru dalam mengembangkan praktik literasi di PAUD dapat dilihat dari keragaman kegiatan dan stimulasi perkembangan yang dirancang untuk anak. Literasi menuntut pada konten pedagogis guru dan persiapan guru selama praktik literasi membutuhkan hubungan yang mendalam dan bermakna. Dengan demikian, pengalaman mengajar guru berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan praktik literasi di PAUD. Berharap para guru dapat memodifikasi rutinitas praktik literasi di PAUD yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan anak dan mengintegrasikannya dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran.
