Prestasi Belajar Matematika dengan Model CTL Berbantuan E-Learning pada Siswa Kreatif

ABSTRAK

Inovasi pembelajaran matematika menjadi perlu sebagai salah satu upaya agar tidak menjadi masalah bagi siswa. Permasalahan akademik yang muncul ketika dibandingkan dengan matapelajaran yang lain, matematika sering mendapat peringkat yang rendah. Inovasi dan pengembangan model pembelajaran dengan bantuan e-learning menjadi salah satu upaya yang bisa di coba. Platform e-learning yng digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah moodle. Kreativitas siswa diambil sebagai variabel kedua dalam kegiatan ini. Kreativitas sebagai faktor internal siswa, umumnya diketahui masyarakat sebagai hasil dari usaha kognitif siswa, bukan sebagai faktor yang diturunkan dari orang tua (inherit). Kegiatan ini merupakan eksperimen dengan desain faktor 2 x 2. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di satuan pendidikan tingkat sekolah menengah pertama Muhammadiyah 5 Ngawi, pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Dengan sampel dipilih secara random sampling. Diperoleh sampel dua kelompok kelas sejumlah 31 siswa pada masing – masing kelas. Tujuan kegiatan ini pertama untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran CTL berbantuan e-learning terhadap pretasi dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional. Tujuan kedua yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan korelasinya terhadap prestasi. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen tes. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa instrumen tes kognitif pada pokok bahasan kubus dan balok dan instrumen tes kreativias verbal. Dengan menggunakan SPSS, dilakukan perhitungan prasyarat parametrik dan analisa statistik. Digunakan analisa statistik dengan uji Anava dua jalan dan uji Korelasi Pearson. Diperoleh hasil uji Anava pertama terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran CTL terhadap prestasi hasil belajar siswa. Hasil uji anava kedua didapat pengaruh kreativitas terhadap prestasi hasil belajar siswa. Hasil uji anava ketiga tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kreativitas siswa. Hasil uji Korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara kreativitas siswa dengan prestasi hasil belajar siswa. Penjelasan matematika secara verbal dalam menyampaikan permasalahan matematika menjadi penghambat pemahaman siswa menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika. Dengan bantuan e-learning, adaptasi fenomena matematika sehari – hari pada kubus dan balok mempermudah pemahaman siswa. Kreativitas yang di konstruksi masih secara umum, kreativitas matematika sendiri masih belum dikonstruk secara spesifik. Anggapan keberbakatan dan kreativ dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika masih menjadi pertanyaan untuk di teliti lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACT

Innovation in learning mathematics becomes necessary as an effort so that it does not become a problem for students. Academic problems that arise when compared to other subjects, mathematics often ranks low. Innovation and development of learning models with the help of e-learning is an effort that can be tried. The e-learning platform used in this activity is moodle. Student creativity is taken as the second variable in this activity. Creativity as an internal factor of students, generally known to society as a result of students' cognitive effort, not as a factor inherited from parents (inherit). This activity is an experiment with a 2 x 2 factor design. This activity was carried out in the junior high school level education unit Muhammadiyah 5 Ngawi, in the even semester of the 2016/2017 school year. With samples chosen random sampling. A sample of two class groups comprised of 31 students in each class. The purpose of this activity is first to find out the effect of e-learning-assisted CTL on pretension compared to conventional learning. The second goal is to determine the effect and correlation of it on achievement. Retrieval of data using test instruments. The instrument used was a cognitive test instrument on the subject of cubes and beams and a verbal creativity test instrument. Using SPSS, parametric prerequisite calculations and statistical analysis are performed. Statistical analysis was used with the two-way Anava test and the Pearson Correlation test. Obtained the first Anava test results there is the influence of the CTL learning model on student achievement. The second anava test results obtained the influence of creativity on student learning achievement. The third anava test results there is no interaction between learning models with student creativity. The Pearson Correlation test results show a positive correlation between student creativity with student learning achievement. Verbal explanation of mathematics in conveying mathematical problems inhibits students' understanding of solving mathematical problems. With the help of e-learning, the adaptation of everyday mathematical phenomena to cubes and beams facilitates student understanding. Creativity is still in general construction, mathematical creativity itself is still not specifically constructed. The assumption of giftedness and creativity in solving mathematical problems is still a question for further examination.
