Analisis Tindak Tutur dalam Komunikasi antara Dosen dan Mahasiswa
Abstract
abstrak—Komunikasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa memainkan peran penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Dalam konteks ini, bahasa digunakan bukan hanya untuk menyampaikan informasi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana membangun relasi, menciptakan suasana belajar, dan menumbuhkan sikap kritis. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi kelas dan dokumentasi transkrip interaksi dosen dan mahasiswa di IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosen dominan menggunakan tindak tutur direktif dan representatif, sedangkan mahasiswa lebih banyak menggunakan tindak tutur representatif dan ekspresif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kompetensi pragmatik dalam menciptakan komunikasi akademik yang efektif, inklusif, dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract— Communication between lecturers and students plays an important role in supporting the success of the learning process in higher education. In this context, language is used not only to convey information, but also as a means of building relationships, creating a learning atmosphere, and fostering critical attitudes. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of classroom observations and documentation of transcripts of interactions between lecturers and students at IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. The results of the study showed that lecturers predominantly used directive and representative speech acts, while students used more representative and expressive speech acts. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of pragmatic competence in creating effective, inclusive academic communication that supports the achievement of educational goals.
